Order Process:
To request a quote, email us at info@nathanchintala.com
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm orders to start production. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 5 days before your item is scheduled to ship from our facility, with no exceptions.
Quoted lead times begin once we receive the initial payment and confirm all order details. These quotes are valid for 30 days from the date the initial estimate is sent.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Pricing & Quotes:
The Net pricing for our products is in US dollars and may be adjusted without prior notice. All orders will be charged at the current prices at the time of order placement. Prices listed do not cover packing, crating, shipping, taxes, or installation fees.
For written quotations, including custom projects, we will uphold the quoted prices for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the quotation, irrespective of any subsequent price alterations.
Payment:
We accept payment via check, credit card, Paypal, Zelle and bank transfer.
We accept international payment by bank wire. All transfer fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping and Storage:
We provide both white glove and crated delivery services for our furniture to residential and commercial locations.
Shipping estimates are available when you place your order, but they may be subject to change.
We cannot hold pieces at our facility for more than a week after they are completed.
Cancel order or refund:
Since all of our pieces are custom-made to individual specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Product Warranty:
Our pieces come with a one-year guarantee against any mechanical or technical failures. If you encounter an issue, kindly reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we'll collaborate with you to find the best course of action for repair or replacement.
Please conduct a thorough inspection of all pieces promptly upon delivery. Should you notice any damage upon delivery, kindly inform us within 48 hours. Damages that occur during transit are covered by the carrier's insurance and necessitate a claim to be filed for repair or replacement costs.
Please note that we do not assume responsibility for dents, discoloration, staining, or scratches resulting from usage.
